Fitness Assessment

Test yourself and see how you functionally perform from an aging standpoint, in the categories of aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility and balance.

Physical fitness extends life expectancy and reduces disability. Mechanistically, exercise mitigates the aging process with minimal financial cost. Greater fitness level at midlife, reduces the all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality and cancer mortality.

Functional Lab Report [FLR]

There’s “normal” and then there’s “optimal” lab values for health. See whether your lab values are in optimal range for health.

Conventional lab interpretation looks at what is “normal”. Even if you are symptomatic, your doctor may look at your lab values in the normal range and tell you nothing is wrong. “You’re fine.”
A FLR interprets your labs for what should be optimal, so your health can be optimal.

Provide your 23andMe raw data, and have it interpreted for genomic keys for diet, exercise, sleep, stress, detoxification, and longevity

Using your conventional lab results, receive an estimation of your biological age, the age at which you are physiologically functioning.

Aging is one of the major risk factors for developing chronic disease. The Biological Age Calculator determines whether you are physiologically or younger than your calendar age and therefore at greater or lesser risk of chronic disease and a shortened or extended lifespan.
